Ultimate Staffing has 2 exciting Receptionist opportunities available. These are permanent positions with stable organizations that offer growth and fantastic cultures! These roles are located in West Houston and the Galleria area, working in office from 7aam-4pm or 8am-5pm. Starting pay range will be: $24-$26/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, forwarding emails, and greeting visitors
• Assisting sales and events, event planning
• General administrative support
• Distributing mail

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of front desk support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
